Many of the ad distribution controls available with AdWords are also a feature of the Bing Ads platform. Additionally, many of these features are available not only at the campaign level, but also at the ad group level. For example, dayparting can be set at the ad group level in Bing. This allows you to have one ad group running during business hours and another running during off-hours — potentially with different promotions and/or calls to action. Geo-Targeting is also available at the ad group level. Lastly, Bing’s ad rotation settings are applied at the ad group level.
